Exceptional and modest hotel, superfriendly staff, loved favourable location near to the center of the city, the casino, the restaurant. Great stay, we were there for 1 day.

I lovely spend 1 night in Santiago De Los Caballeros. Got continental breakfasts with sugary cereals and wide offering, as example.

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a downtown area, adjacent to the shops and other tourist places and the highway. Even though you guys made our stay such great, beds where uncomfortable.

Comforts of executive superior queen room were fabulous - a safe, a mini bar fridge and a writing desk. The hotel had a very central location and it was walking distance to a Catholic temple.

For a 3 star hotel everything was good, I loved to be here. Thank you for the enjoyable stay, no complaints.

I stayed here 1 night and I appreciated it. Thanks very much for the great service you offered me, including shuttle to the airport. Besides, the parking was on-site.

We would definitely recommend the place and would love to stay here again. The hotel is comfortable and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with excellent view of the mountains.

The place is divine and clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Excellent customer service provided too.

Funky hotel, I loved it.

The staff was approaching, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a central part of the city close to historical landmarks, shops, restaurants.

The personnel was patient, the room we got was delightful, decent location. A pristine beach, stunning view. Also, Ocean World Adventure Park was 2 miles away.

Tranquil location, freshly renovated rooms with incredibly beautiful views. Neat staff, they smile all the time. The beach was clean. The complimentary drinks in swim-up bar were very welcome.

The whole experience was fab. The breakfast was adequate, had a huge variety of food like toast, eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes and pastries. Interesting interior, best bathroom, palatial room. Great value and nice service. Friendly location - right by Historic San Luis Fort Museum. Fantastic rocky beach, that was what we loved.

The staff are efficient, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Brand-new & impeccable room. Totally really great experience.

I liked the hotel, it was lovely and fairly clean. Room had a tiled bathroom and Wi-Fi, coffee and microwave. Lots of healthy food for boxed breakfast. Remote location, within walking distance of a catholic temple. The pool was good and I had wonderful drinks in the downstairs bar.

The food was affordable, service was spectacular and the view was awesome. The stuff was sincere, room was absolutely fabulous and fantastic. Pool was incredible and beds where quiet.

The staff were very professional and we had an excellent time there. They served great food for breakfast, which was truly amazing. The friendly service was provided in this personalized hotel.

Decent stay overall. Brilliant location, it's clean and the staff is very cordial. Very very good breakfast, exemplary service. Loved quick check-in and easy check-out.

Knowledgeable staff, and intimate restaurant with ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS food.

The beds are really comfortable, breakfast is absolutely wonderful and the staff are all accommodating.

we appreciated this hotel's location and views. big room with free wifi. had some takeout meals at pizza hot, set feet from the venue, we couldn't resist.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy. The hotel needed renovation.

Nice breakfast, staff is kindly. A minibar, a private safe and ironing facilities were available in our executive superior room. Everything created a good atmosphere. The place is 0.2 miles away from Santiago De Los Caballeros downtown.

Great location and view of city. We enjoyed hair dryers, shower caps and towels in the bathroom.

Nice interior design. The area contains some restaurants like Pez Dorado within 10 minutes' walk.
